Dear Vernon Manor,
Thank you for all you did for my mom. All of the staff was so good to her. It always made her day when the girls stopped to talk to her. She always had a new person she met that she liked and told me all about the special care she got.
She wanted to say thank you from the bottom of her heart to the C.N.A.’s, nurses, therapy, the maintenance guys and the girls that gave me a snack at night. She felt safe here and thank the social workers that helped her move in and helped her get ready to go home. I want you to know this is a lady who is very independent and at Vernon Manor she got to keep as much independence as possible. I also want to thank the kitchen staff who made sure she had the foods she could eat.

Dear Mr. Meyer
I am writing in regards to the care of our father, who is currently a resident in your facility. When needing to place our father in a nursing home a few weeks ago we choose Vernon Manor. This choice was based on my knowledge of your reputation and the high standards you hold for both yourself and your staff in providing quality care to your residents.
Placing a loved one in a nursing home is not easy, but knowing that he would be under the care of you and your staff was a comfort to us. It has lifted a burden from us knowing he is well cared for and in a safe environment.
He is well cared for and appears happy and content. He jokes and laughs so much more now! The positive interaction we have witnessed between him and your staff have shown us that he is treated with kindness and respect. This has given all of us a peace of mind that we have not had in almost a year due to our concerns with him living at home.
