Vernon Manor’s Dietary Department operates under the management of a full-time registered dietitian. The Registered Dietitian assesses each resident’s nutritional needs to develop individualized nutrition care plans to optimize nutritional status, promote healing, and increase quality of life.
Residents of Vernon Manor receive three nutritious, balanced meals a day featuring many made from scratch items and seasonal fresh produce. In addition to a rotating, seasonal menu cycle, we provide special meals on major holidays.
