Well Water Sampling Information

It is recommended that all wells used for drinking water be tested annually for safety.

The Health Department provides well water testing kits 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Monday through Friday

All samples are submitted to the State Laboratory of Hygiene in Madison for testing, fees for each test is as follows:

All water samples MUST be submitted in a special container provided by the Wisconsin State Laboratory of Hygiene.
